Titan is the 2nd book in the Villetti Chronicles series by Sarah Bailey.

Synopsis
What would you do if your past came back to haunt you?
When your latest client happens to be the younger brother of your boss who is only interested in talking, you begin to wonder why he keeps visiting you.
Sex work was my way of taking my power back after my horrific past, but Gilberto Villetti makes me question everything in my life. Especially when that awful past chases me down and puts me in danger all over again.
I’ve never trusted anyone with my secrets. And I shouldn’t give them to a man involved in the dark underworld I sought to escape. But it becomes all too clear, Gil is the only one who can protect me from the men who stole me all those years ago.
Will I lose my heart to the new mafia king or will I lose my life instead? Only time will tell…

Review
I didn't think that it could get any better after Tyrant and Tease but WOW, Sarah Bailey does it again.
I absolutely LOVED Gilberto, Zayn's younger brother and the new Mafia Don. He's Sarah's first demisexual character which was very refreshing and made this book different from others I read from her. It made this book more of a slow burn but it's definitely worth the wait.
Theia is also an amazing character. Her past is tragic and she does what she can to work through her trama. And she just so happens to find a friendship with the one man that is able to see her and not her body.
I devoured this book, but what Sarah Bailey book do I not? She's brilliant per usual.
Notable Highlights
“Would you care for something sweet too?” Why would I want something sweet when I have you? Where the fuck did that come from? I was pretty sure my brain was playing tricks on me right now.
If my life’s only goal was to worship at the altar of Gil Villetti, I would surrender to him in a heartbeat.
One thing I knew for sure was I didn’t want to let this man go now he’d found his way into my arms. I wanted to hold on tight to the one person who made me feel secure. I’d never had anyone like Gil Villetti before. And I needed to keep him. My life depended on it.
I swear I’ll make it safe for you, Theia, if it’s the last fucking thing I do. You deserve that. You deserve everything. I’ll give you that and so much more. I promise.
His tortured soul was beautiful to me.
